Please read through our terms and conditions carefully and note that by booking and confirming a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions:
- All tours and activities are done at entirely YOUR OWN RISK. We take great care and preventative measures to protect our clients as best as we can. We however do NOT take any responsibility for damages, injuries or incidents that occur during tours or activities done with Ollie's Adventures.
- A 20% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking with us. Once payment has been received, you will receive a booking confirmation. Your deposit is used to hold your rental or space for your tour booking. If you wish to cancel your rental/tour - please provide us with written notice at least 1 week prior (High season - Nov to April) or 48hours (Low season - May to Oct) prior to your booking date/time. If you adhere to the notice period, we will provide you with a full refund of your deposit, minus the booking/card fees.
- The weight limit that our horses can withstand is 95kg per horse. We regret that we can not accommodate any rider that weighs more than 95kg on our horse riding tours.
- Our horses are very well trained, but we ask that you only request to gallop or canter if you have A LOT of experience riding horses. Riding of the horses, is entirely at your own risk.
- All prices on the Website are cash prices. Card fees are added if you wish to pay by card. We recommend paying cash (we accept both USD or Colones) as the fees are extremely high.
- A valid drivers license is required to rent our ATVs and Side-by-sides.
- A valid motorcycle license is required to rent our motorcycles. The age limit to rent motorcycles of 250cc and above, is 35 years or older.
